I Don't Even Know What To Say...

A fellow blogger and friend, Sara*, posted this on her blog. I seriously have nothing to say.

Update: I guess this guy is involved in some 'freak-show-circus-act' and could potentially get help, but he has decided NOT to seek treatment, as he is fearful he will not be able to support his family, otherwise. Its really rather sad. Again, no words.
