not as much as "tar balls" which is an actual term that i saw in a report from state of california the other day.

Are you referring to: Tarballs, the little, dark-colored pieces of oil that stick to our feet when we go to the beach, are actually remnants of oil spillsBut I have to agree, tar balls makes me laugh too!
